Since 2010, we’ve built a portfolio spanning the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and select global destinations. Each property is chosen based on whether it delivers in practice: staff quality, access to what matters, architectural substance, and the infrastructure that separates genuinely luxury homes from marketing gloss.

We focus on regions where demand for private luxury living is established and supply is curated.

Mediterranean

The French Riviera (Cannes, Cap Ferrat, Saint-Tropez), the Balearics (Ibiza, Mallorca), the Greek islands (Mykonos, Corfu), and Italy’s coastlines and lakes (Amalfi, Sardinia, Como, Tuscany). We also cover the Alps, Paris, London, Croatia, Provence, and Puglia.

Caribbean

St. Barths, Mustique, Barbados, Anguilla, Turks and Caicos, the British Virgin Islands, the Bahamas, and the Dominican Republic.

Alternative Destinations

Mexico (Punta Mita, Los Cabos), Southeast Asia (Phuket, Bali), and the Maldives. These regions represent a smaller share of our portfolio but include properties that meet the same standard.

HOW WE SELECT PROPERTIES

We represent villas that deliver. That means properties where the household runs smoothly, the manager has tenure, the chef has formal training, and the villa’s positioning delivers on privacy, access, and the views promised.

We favour homes with architectural credibility: restored estates, modernist statements, and residences designed by architects whose work carries weight. Interiors that feel lived-in and curated, not staged for marketing.

Infrastructure matters: dependable climate control, strong connectivity, maintained pools and grounds, backup systems, and kitchens built for professional use.

WHO WE HELP

Our clients are families, private groups, or individuals booking villas for a week or longer. Budgets typically begin around $50,000 per week and scale considerably higher for landmark properties.

You’ve stayed in the best hotels, own homes in comparable markets, or have rented at this level before. You have clear expectations about service, privacy, and operational standards. You prefer straight answers to sales language.

HOW WE OPERATE

We operate as a filter, not a marketplace. When you brief us (dates, party composition, budget, preferences), we respond with two to three properties matched specifically to your requirements.

Each recommendation includes context: why it suits your brief, where trade-offs exist, and what the on-the-ground reality looks like. No generic descriptions or placeholder text.

Our relationships with villa managers, chefs, and ground teams span years, often decades. When issues arise, they’re addressed before they reach you. Beyond accommodation, we arrange private chefs, household staff, yacht and helicopter charters, restaurant reservations, security coordination, and any ancillary service layers required.

Confidentiality is standard, whether the enquiry is for a rental or a potential acquisition.

OFF-MARKET PROPERTIES

Our longest-standing relationships grant access to properties that don’t list publicly. These are typically landmark estates, family compounds, or homes owned by individuals who prefer discretion and selective occupancy.

Availability is limited and handled case by case. If your dates, group, and budget align, we’ll surface options that wouldn’t otherwise appear. If not, we’ll tell you immediately rather than suggesting a search.

PROCESS

Send us your dates, party composition (adults and children, with ages), budget, and any specific requirements: beachfront vs. countryside, period vs. contemporary, staff configuration, pool specifications, proximity to town, or regional preference.

We’ll return a proposal within 24 hours: two to three properties with clear rationale for each. If your dates present challenges or your brief requires adjustment, we’ll outline what’s achievable and what isn’t.

Once you’ve selected, we manage contracts, payment structures, staffing, and all advance coordination. You’ll have one point of contact from booking through departure.
