A former remote fishing outpost, the island has been transformed into a unique eco-friendly haven for those seeking authentic and sustainable barefoot luxury.

Rates include full use of all the island’s extensive amenities, activities and facilities. Rental of the whole island ensures total privacy and the full attention of the highly experienced staff. The island is powered by a state-of-the-art renewable energy system, which includes three wind turbines and a 1.5-acre solar field.

The private deep water marina can dock multiple yachts over 100ft (30m) up to a maximum of 180ft (55m) in length with 13ft (4m) draft. The marina and clubhouse are available solely for the island’s guests. There are both floating and fixed docks that can provide sheltered berths for the island’s entire fleet of sailing yachts, fishing boats, dive boats, ribs and safety vessels.

The Beach Club is the perfect place to gather for lunch, sip sundowners by the dip-pool or simply lounge under the shade of the palms and relax. In the evening it’s a great party venue equipped with surround-sound speaker system, DJ station, solid dance floor, bar and beach frontage.

The Watersports cabana is on the beach in front of the Beach Club and hosts an impressive collection of wind and water sports toys.

There are four individually designed villas on the island, each positioned to take full advantage of the breathtaking views, sunrise, sunset and sea breeze. Infinity pools, jacuzzis, private beaches, private alfresco dining and lounging and comfortable, fully air-conditioned living spaces.

Each villa has satellite 40” TVs, a Kaleidescape entertainment library and Crestron control system, as well as wifi Internet and iPads.

Perched on the island’s central hilltop with dramatic panoramic views of the area, the Minoan-inspired Meridien House sleeps up to eight guests in four suites.

A few steps from Whale Bone Beach, West Sands sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. There is private alfresco dining, lounging, a fire pit and hot tub.

From its elevated position looking out over the Exuma Sound, East Cove sleeps six to eight guests in four bedrooms. A modern-traditional decor is complemented by the villa’s extensive poolside lounging.

Located on the southern tip of the island, South Point sleeps six guests in three rooms. Flanked by shallow waters teeming with aquatic life, the villa enjoys spectacular views of both the sunrise and sunset. Its lower floor features a games room to entertain children and grown-ups alike.
