Overhang Residence

Set between the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, the Overhang Residence offers an exceptional blend of contemporary style, privacy, and effortless coastal living. This spectacular eight-bedroom retreat features expansive terraces, a freshwater swimming pool, and direct access to the beach.

Each beautifully appointed suite enjoys breathtaking ocean views, while the soothing rhythm of the waves provides the perfect soundtrack for relaxing days and tranquil nights.

Inside, the residence showcases a world-class collection of contemporary art and sculpture, complemented by sophisticated interiors and luxurious furnishings by renowned designer Christopher Guy. Beach house residence

A striking combination of French Colonial and Balinese styles, the Beach House provides a sophisticated retreat for 20 guests. The 10 suites with furniture designed by Oscar de la Renta and Richard Frinier are complete with ocean and garden views and marble ensuite bathrooms. The master suite has a private Jacuzzi room and boasts marble floors, hand crafted sculptures, and the indulgence of sheer extravagance.

An oversized Rotunda is ideal for a special dinner or a cocktail party and the doors open onto a luxurious marble terrace and an opulent heated free-form pool and swim up bar. The outdoor kitchen, complete with a wood-fired pizza oven and teppanyaki grill. A state-of-the- art gym, a beauty salon and billiards room is also available for guests to enjoy.

Beach cottages

With a beachside setting, the 3 two-bedroom cottages provide guests with a more intimate island experience. No expense has been spared and each cottage features a private outdoor Jacuzzi and a large outdoor terrace. Located steps from the white sand beach and crystal blue waters, the unsurpassed splendor is truly heaven on earth.

The island is approximately a 10-minute boat ride from Grenada, West Indies. The nearest airport is Maurice Bishop International Airport in St George’s, Grenada. Private jets of any size can land. There are year-round direct flights from Miami, New-York, Toronto, London, Frankfurt. Guests may also travel to and from any other Caribbean island, either charter a private plane or use Liat Airlines to access Grenada.

The island has a 7 night minimum stay.
