The property offers maximum privacy and comfort, and spans 8 hectares of ancient olive groves that extend to the turquoise sea nearby with a private beach club and a heated outdoor swimming pool surrounded by lush gardens.

Available exclusively for weekly rentals, villa accommodates up to ten guests in five luxury suites and is fully serviced with dedicated staff, including a butler and daily housekeeping services. An idyllic setting for luxury holidays and weddings in the heartland of Puglia, La Residenza is designed with the utmost care and attention to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The luxury masseria offers 500 square metres of multifunctional living spaces with a cosy lounge, indoor dining room, shaded patio and open-air, garden setting. Outside, the swimming pool is fully equipped with cushioned sunbeds and umbrellas on a spacious deck. The shaded, outdoor gym features Technogym equipment, yoga mats and complementary bicycles.

The five elegant suites are set on various levels to offer privacy in a relaxed and majestic setting, and feature double bedrooms, sitting areas and ensuites with full amenities. Each suite is unique in design and décor, using the highest quality materials. Private patios and terraces invite you to immerse in the views, aromas and fresh countryside air.

A magical location for weddings and private events, La Residenza may be rented on request, exclusively as a whole and strictly on a weekly basis with all services included. The sheer size and unique setting of the masseria allow guests to configure various setup options with a sprawling green lawn, authentic water well platform, pool deck, panoramic rooftop, private beach club, and 8 hectares of ancient olive groves protected by UNESCO.
