OUTDOOR AREAS
The outdoor areas are spacious and include a swimming pool of 10m x 10m in which no chlorine is used; the water preparation system is based on salt, but with no salty taste to the water, the system is especially good for eyes, skin, and hair.

Outside terraces boast ample sunbathing and shaded areas equipped with luxurious high quality sun loungers, comfortable outdoor sofas, chairs, daybed and parasols, there is also a gas barbecue and outdoor dining facilities seating up to 8 people. The interior dining table seats 8 people comfortably and there is sufficient porcelain, silverware and glasses to serve all.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped including a double fronted Liebherr fridge/freezer/wine cooler, a Gaggenau microwave and coffee machine which are built into the kitchen front; a Gaggenau dishwasher, oven and hob with 5 gas flames and the laundry room has a Siemens washing machine and tumble dryer.The house has access to WiFi and is protected with an interior alarm system, which is connected to an alarm company called Red Seguredad, the staff of the house are also available.
