Where to stay
The Caribbean has no shortage of luxury villas. What is more difficult to find are properties that combine genuine seclusion, flawless service, and proximity to the best each island has to offer, without compromise. Over the past 15 years, we’ve identified the ones that do.
Our collection spans the region’s most compelling destinations: St. Barths for sophistication and scene, Mustique for old-world privacy, Barbados for Platinum Coast polish, Anguilla for untouched beaches, and Turks and Caicos for Grace Bay’s unmatched water. We also cover Harbour Island’s pink sands, the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, and the Bahamas’ outer islands.
What Defines the Collection
Every property is personally vetted and selected to represent the highest standard of private luxury living. We focus on homes that deliver not just beautiful imagery, but a seamless, real-world experience once you arrive.
Location and Privacy
Beach access where it truly matters, natural buffers from neighbouring properties, and elevated positions that deliver the views promised.
Service Quality
Full-time staff who know you by name, villa managers we’ve worked with for years, and chefs capable of accommodating dietary requirements effortlessly and discreetly.
Layout and Design
Thoughtful bedroom suites that preserve privacy even when the villa is full, indoor–outdoor living that works in practice, and spaces that feel residential, refined, and calm.
The Details that Matter
Reliable air conditioning, strong and consistent Wi-Fi, well-maintained pools, backup generators, and kitchens equipped for serious cooking when your chef needs them.
Who This Collection Is For
Our clients are typically families, multi-generational groups, or close friends looking for a week or more in the Caribbean. Budgets generally start around $50,000 per week and go considerably higher for the region’s best estates.
You value your time, expect things to work seamlessly, and prefer candid advice over sales pitches. You’ve likely stayed in outstanding properties before and know what good looks like.
How We Work
We don’t list every villa we can access. We show you the two or three properties that make sense for your dates, party composition, and preferences. Each recommendation comes with candid notes: what’s genuinely special, what the trade-offs are, and what to expect.
We work with the same villa managers, chefs, and ground teams year after year. If something isn’t right, we’ll know before you do and address it quietly. We also arrange everything beyond the villa: private chefs, in-villa spa treatments, boat charters, restaurant reservations, and any other layers of service you need.
Privacy and discretion are assumed. Whether you’re renting for a holiday or exploring an acquisition, we handle enquiries with the same level of confidentiality.
Seasonal Notes
The Caribbean high season runs from December through to April, with Christmas, New Year, and February half-term representing peak demand and pricing. Easter can be busy depending on when it falls.
June through to November is hurricane season. June and July offer excellent value with lower crowds, while the August to October period brings higher weather risk. That said, many of our clients prefer the off-season for privacy and pricing, accepting the weather trade-off.
St. Barths and Mustique have distinct social calendars. New Year and the St. Barths Bucket Regatta (late March) draw the global set. If you want the energy, book early. If you want to avoid it, we’ll steer you elsewhere.
What Happens Next
Tell us your travel dates, party size (adults, children, and ages), budget range, and any non-negotiables (beachfront, chef, gym, specific island, etc.).
We’ll respond within 24 hours with two to three options and clear reasoning for each. If your dates are tight or your requirements are complex, we’ll tell you immediately what’s realistic and what isn’t.
From there, we move quickly. Once you’ve selected a property, we handle contracting, payments, staffing, and all pre-arrival arrangements. You’ll have a single point of contact throughout.
