Finding an exceptional villa in Europe isn’t always straightforward. The challenge lies in securing properties that balance architecture, service, and access to what makes each destination compelling. Since 2012, we’ve been building relationships with the owners and managers of the ones that deliver.
Our portfolio covers the continent’s most sought-after locations: Cannes, Cap Ferrat, and Saint-Tropez on the French Riviera, Ibiza and Mallorca across the Balearics, Corfu and Mykonos in the Greek islands, plus Sardinia, Tuscany, Lake Como, and the Amalfi Coast throughout Italy. We also place clients in Paris, London, the French and Swiss Alps, Provence, and Puglia.
Selection Criteria
We represent properties that meet a specific standard. Each villa is chosen based on whether it works in practice, not just in photographs.
Positioning and access
Proximity to the right beaches, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. Homes situated to offer genuine privacy whilst remaining close to what you’ll want to reach during your stay.
Household and hospitality
On-site teams who understand how to run a private residence at this level. Long-tenured managers who coordinate quietly, and chefs with formal training who can adapt to your preferences without fuss.
Architecture and finish
We favour properties with substance: restored historical estates, modernist statements, and homes designed by architects whose work you’d recognise. Interiors that feel curated and lived-in, not staged.
Infrastructure
The practical elements that define whether a villa actually functions: consistent climate control, dependable connectivity, pool and grounds maintenance, backup power, and kitchens built for professional use.
Our Clients
Typically, you’re travelling with family or a private group for seven to fourteen nights. Your budget begins around €50,000 per week and scales considerably higher for landmark properties.
You’ve stayed in the best hotels, rented at this level before, or own homes in comparable markets. You have clear expectations and appreciate straight answers.
Our Approach
We operate as a filter, not a marketplace. When you brief us, we respond with a tight shortlist (rarely more than three options) matched specifically to your dates, group, and requirements.
For each property, we provide context: why it suits your brief, where it might fall short, and what the on-the-ground reality looks like. No generic descriptions.
Our relationships with villa teams span years, often decades. When issues arise, they’re resolved before they reach you. Beyond accommodation, we arrange everything ancillary: private chefs, household staff augmentation, yacht and helicopter charters, restaurant bookings, gallery and museum access, security coordination.
Confidentiality is standard, whether the enquiry is for a summer let or a potential acquisition.
Timing and Availability
The Mediterranean calendar runs hot from June right through to September. Peak pricing and minimum availability fall in July and August, particularly along the French and Italian Rivieras, and throughout the Greek islands. Cannes in May and Monaco over Grand Prix weekend require early commitment and carry significant premiums.
The shoulder months of May, June, and September offer better weather-to-crowd ratios and improved inventory. Early October remains warm in Greece, southern Italy, and coastal Spain.
Alpine properties follow a winter season from December to April, peaking over Christmas, New Year, and February school holidays. Summer alpine rentals (July and August) have gained traction with families seeking cooler temperatures and active itineraries.
Process
Send us your dates, party composition (adults and children, with ages), budget, and any specific requirements: period vs. contemporary, beachfront, chef, gym, pool specifications, proximity to town, or regional preference.
We’ll return a proposal within 24 hours: two to three properties with clear rationale for each. If your dates present challenges or your brief requires adjustment, we’ll tell you immediately and outline what’s achievable.
Once you’ve selected, we manage contracts, payment structures, staffing, and all advance coordination. You’ll have one point of contact from booking through departure.
