At the heart of the estate, the beautifully curved main house is reached via winding stone staircases and framed by shaded outdoor living spaces. Lush tropical gardens cascade around the property, leading to what is believed to be the only fully private beach in the Turks & Caicos Islands. Here, the boundaries between villa, landscape and sea seem to disappear. Bajacu is an experience, a destination, and a place that leaves a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to discover it.

Throughout the property, interiors and exteriors flow effortlessly from one space to the next. Natural materials, organic forms, smooth stone and rich terracotta create a sense of understated elegance, harmonising naturally with the surrounding hillside. The gently curving infinity pool appears to cling to the edge of the main villa, with its sides seemingly falling away towards the secluded gardens and shoreline below. Beyond lies an exquisite sweep of white sand, complete with its own private beach house, tucked into a secluded cobalt-blue bay where warm Caribbean waters lap gently against the shore.
