Villa Magran

Villa Magran sits on a 3.8-hectare estate on the north-western coast of the island of Pag, in Croatia's northern Adriatic. Olive groves, oleanders and Mediterranean planting surround the house, and from its terraces, pool deck and private beach the sun sets straight into the sea each evening.

The driveway arrives at the highest point of the property, and the house unfolds from there. The light-filled living room, with generous sofas and a play corner for children, is dressed in French and Italian textiles, designer lamps and antique furniture. French doors lead from the dining room to a shaded lounge, outdoor dining and a stone barbecue and pizza oven.

Five en-suite bedrooms sleep ten guests, each opening onto the terrace with its own seating. The master suite has a king bed, a walk-in closet and a fireplace.

Stone steps lead down to the pool level, where a 72-square-metre pool with an integrated jacuzzi sits beside a poolside bar and a terrace for yoga and massage, with a floodlit tennis court and children's playground nearby. A path continues to a semi-private bay with Bali beds, a stone beach bar, paddleboards, surfboards and a small motorboat, and two moorings welcome yachts of up to 20 metres. A villa manager, daily housekeeping and breakfast service are included.
