Pristine Seafront Estate on the Island of Pag, Croatia

Set on a 3.8-hectare seafront estate on the north-western coast of Pag, this private seaside villa unfolds across olive groves, oleanders, and fragrant Mediterranean flora. Meandering pathways reveal wide-angle sea views and nightly sunsets that shift from soft apricot to deep violet that are best enjoyed from the upper terrace, the pool deck, or the private beach.

You arrive at the highest point of the property, where the driveway leads to private parking and the villa’s entrance. Push open the wooden door and step into a light-filled living area with generous seating and a dedicated play corner. The mood is instantly summery: elegant French and Italian textiles, designer lighting, sofas, and curated pieces set a refined, relaxed tone.

An adjoining dining room flows from the living space where you’ll spend every moment not claimed by the pool or the sea. A statement dining table hosts long, convivial meals while drinks are mixed at the kitchen island. Multiple French doors open onto the terraces: a shaded lounge, al-fresco dining, and a stone built open BBQ and pizza oven. Wherever you settle, the sunset is your nightly show.

All bedrooms are spacious and open directly to the terrace, each with private seating and en-suite bathrooms (small, yet smartly designed with bespoke cabinetry and walk-in showers). The master suite features a king bed and a fireplace for cooler evenings.

Beyond the interiors, the estate invites you to roam. From the main terrace, stone steps lead down to the pool level, your second living room centered on a large heated pool with integrated Jacuzzi, rattan loungers, umbrellas, and a poolside bar for effortless refreshments. A panoramic wellness terrace is set for massages and yoga. A few steps further, discover the sports area with a new floodlit tennis court and a children’s playground; nearby are a bathroom with shower and WC plus storage for pool and beach gear.

Follow the path to the sea and take the long scenic route or the quick shortcut. You’ll reach a semi-private bay of pebble and rocky parts. Settle into beach loungers or one of two covered Bali beds beside the rustic stone bar and let the day stretch out. For water adventures, the villa provides a small rubber motorboat, 2 SUPs, and 2 surfboards. The property also offers two moorings for yachts up to 20m.
