Villa Kerida

Villa Kerida stands on the first sea line above Cala Marmacen, a quiet cove just outside Port d'Andratx on Mallorca's south-west coast. Facing south across the bay, it is designed so that almost every room and terrace looks out to the water.

The house is modern, with subtle maritime touches and carefully curated interiors, and covers more than 1,000 square metres on a plot of around 2,000. Three living rooms give everyone space, and at the very top a tower den with 360-degree views makes a natural retreat. Six en-suite suites sleep twelve, each with premium linens and bath products.

Outside, each terrace has its own character. The pool terrace centres on a 48-square-metre infinity pool with a built-in jacuzzi bench, while a separate jacuzzi terrace for eight has a wet bar and lounge. The tower terrace, with its retractable roof, sun beds and drinks fridge, is the place to be at sunset. An outdoor barbecue terrace with awnings handles long lunches.

Below the house, a private gated sea entrance has a mooring and a boat inlet for tender transfers, with steps straight down into the water. A villa manager, an in-house chef five days a week, a hostess and housekeeping look after the house, and a VIP airport transfer and welcome drinks and canapés start the stay in style.
