Lovingly designed to take advantage of the wonderful views over the bay of Cala Marmacen in Mallorca, the sense of indoor-outdoor living is palpable. Offering six luxuriously appointed suites, the decor features invitingly comfortable beds, crisp Egyptian cotton sheets, soft towels, monogrammed White Company bathrobes and Bamford bathroom products to ensure guests are refreshed and relaxed throughout their stay.

The en-suite bathrooms have a shower, a bath, or both and most have his and hers vanity units. The bedrooms come with ample wardrobe space, slippers and robes, controlled air conditioning, safes and recessed Smart televisions.

The house has a choice of three thoughtfully designed living rooms and a den in the tower, all with a sense of style and space. The soft colour palettes and gentle lighting blend effortlessly with the hand-selected furniture and fabrics.

Each living room has a SMART television with UK satellite, Sky TV an extensive film library and multi-zone Sonos music system available throughout the house and terraces. High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, terraces and gardens.

The villa has several indoor and outdoor dining areas. The open-plan living room dining area can handle formal or informal dinners for 12 guests, while the outdoor BBQ terrace with its retractable sun awnings and privacy blinds is perfect for both al-fresco evening dining and casual poolside lunches. Evening dining is enhanced by the softly illuminated pool terraces and gardens ecentuating the beautiful sea views. 

A dedicated gym area comes with free weights and yoga mats and thanks to its elevated, shady position offers stunning views of the pool, gardens and dramatic coastline.

The expansive pool terrace with its 48 sq m infinity pool offers plenty of space to sunbathe and relax. Furnished with comfortable sun beds, umbrellas and drinks tables, it also features a poolside shower, full-sized ping-pong table, pool inflatables as well as a four-person jacuzzi bench and multi-speed fitness jets.

A few steps down from the main pool terrace is the eight-person jacuzzi terrace, with chill out area, wet bar and private sea access. Three comfortable sofas and an extra-large pergola make this the perfect spot for sun-drenched days.

The private gated sea entrance has private mooring and boat inlet for tender pick-up and drop-off and access into the sea is safe and easy thanks to inbuilt steps.

The tower terrace is yet another welcoming space that is perfect for when the sun goes down, boasting a retractable sun roof, privacy blinds, sun beds, oversized sofas, a shower and drinks fridge. The elevated position allows for wonderful views of the dramatic headland.
