Villa Ker

Villa Ker is a family estate in the countryside of Mykonos, at Kounoupas, set in grounds of around five and a half acres. Away from the busy beaches and lanes of the island, it offers a quieter Mykonos of olive groves, stone walls and wide Aegean views.

Traditional Cycladic architecture meets modern island-style interiors across a main house and three guest houses, each with its own character. The Church House, the Garden House and the Vineyard House have sea or garden views, giving family members and friends their own space while the main house remains the heart of the estate. In all, eight bedrooms sleep sixteen.

The gardens are a highlight, with centuries-old olive trees, Egyptian palms, a working vineyard and an organic vegetable garden. A large pool area with sea views sits at their centre, and every room and the pool look out towards the sunset.

Crowning the estate is a private hilltop chapel with views of eleven Cycladic islands at sunset. It can host ceremonies for up to twenty guests inside or 150 outdoors, and the paved grounds make the estate well suited to weddings and celebrations. Daily maid service and pool and garden care are included, with private chefs, catering, boat tours and wellness treatments available.
