Villa Cosima

Villa Cosima is a 1930s villa in the Italian style on the Cap d'Antibes, the green peninsula between Antibes and Juan-les-Pins. Restored by a local family with a bright, Riviera-inspired touch, it looks out to the sea, across to the old town of Antibes and up to the mountains beyond.

This is a house designed for family life. The kitchen, with its own table for six, is the natural heart of the home, while the living and dining area seats twelve and a fireplace makes winter evenings cosy. A library offers a quiet retreat, and six bedrooms sleep twelve guests.

The garden is pure Côte d'Azur: ancient olive trees, citrus, roses and bougainvillea, with a pétanque court and two outdoor dining areas for eight and twelve. The pool has a delightfully retro 1970s feel, with blue tiles and a diving board, alongside a mosaic infinity basin.

The sea is close at hand. A small pebble cove with clear water lies just 100 metres away, and the sandy beaches of the cape are a short walk or bike ride. Housekeeping visits twice a week, linens are changed weekly and the garden and pool are maintained, with a chef and extra staff available on request.
