Its elegant 1930s Italian architecture has been subtly refreshed with a bright, cheerful Riviera spirit.

This is a true family home, meant to be lived in and enjoyed. Guests often say they immediately feel at home here. Life unfolds effortlessly between the swimming pool, the pétanque court, and the cozy library. The kitchen forms the heart of the house, centered around a large wooden table where family and friends gather to cook, dine, and play cards. In winter, the fireplace becomes a favourite meeting place.

Just 100 meters from the villa, a quiet pebble cove offers crystal-clear water in a peaceful, uncrowded setting. A short walk or bike ride leads to beautiful sandy beaches, framed by the mountains, the Mercantour to the east and the Estérel to the west.

Embracing the Mediterranean way of life, the villa is wholly devoted to the sea and garden. All ground-floor rooms open onto a long terrace with white balustrades, offering a balcony-like view over the sea. Beyond, the mountains and Antibes’ old town unfold, a scene that inspired countless painters.
 
The garden spreads below around its oldest trees: the olive trees, remnants of Cap d’Antibes’ agricultural heritage. To enhance its intimate and verdant charm, a variety of Mediterranean plants have been introduced – euphorbia, bougainvillea, jasmine, roses, and citrus trees.

A few steps down, the pool retains its retro 1970s character with blue tiles and diving board, complemented by a mosaic infinity basin that merges harmoniously with the garden. At sunset, the water mirrors the sky and surrounding trees. The infinity pool is secured with a barrier and heated on request. There are two outdoor dining areas for 8 and 12 guests, an outdoor lounge area and an open parking for three cars.
