Cap Ferrat is a stunning and sophisticated destination located on the French Riviera. Set against the backdrop of the Mediterranean Sea, this charming peninsula is known for its stunning natural beauty and upscale atmosphere.

One of the main highlights of Cap Ferrat is its stunning coastline, which is dotted with sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. Visitors to the area can enjoy a variety of water sports, including swimming, snorkeling, and scuba diving, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun.

In addition to its natural beauty, Cap Ferrat is also home to a number of luxury villas and mansions, many of which are owned by celebrities and high-profile figures. These opulent properties are a testament to the exclusivity and sophistication of the area, and provide a glimpse into a lavish lifestyle.

Saint Jean Cap Ferrat is also home to a number of museums and cultural attractions. The Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild, for example, is a beautiful mansion that houses a collection of art and antiques, and offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.

For those who prefer to spend their time outdoors, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat offers a number of walking trails and beaches that are perfect for exploring the natural beauty of the region. The Promenade Maurice Rouvier, for example, is a beautiful walking trail that offers panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. The town’s sandy beaches are also a popular destination, and offer the perfect setting for sunbathing, swimming, and other water sports.

Cap Ferrat Beaches

Cros deï Pin is a beautiful and popular beach located in the exclusive town of Cap Ferrat. This stunning beach is known for its crystal clear waters and soft, sandy shores, which make it a popular destination for swimming, sunbathing, and other water sports.

Cros deï Pin is situated in the heart of Cap Ferrat, and is easily accessible from the town’s main harbour. It is one of the largest beaches on the peninsula. The beach is surrounded by a number of luxurious villas and mansions, which provide a stunning backdrop for the crystal clear waters and sandy shores.

Les Fossettes is nestled at the base of the Jardin de la Paix on the Pointe Saint-Hospice. This hidden gem is known as the most pristine and secluded beach on the peninsula. Its peaceful atmosphere and rich marine life make it a favorite among locals, and its calm waters are ideal for snorkeling.

Les Fossettes Beach is situated in a secluded cove on the eastern side of Cap Ferrat, and is surrounded by a number of stunning villas and mansions. The beach is accessible via a footpath that winds through the lush vegetation that covers the peninsula, providing a picturesque setting for a leisurely stroll.

Les Fosses is a stunning beach located in the southern part of the peninsula, known for its breathtaking surroundings, including villas and the former Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat quarry, which can be accessed via a walking trail. This beach is home to the former municipal washhouse, now closed, and boasts a diverse marine ecosystem that is perfect for snorkeling. It is truly one of the most beautiful beaches on the peninsula.

Passable Beach is a stunning location located on the western side of the peninsula, offering panoramic views of the Villefranche harbour. The beach features a private section known as Passable Beach, previously called Lutétia Beach, which was originally intended for guests of the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, built on the Cap-Ferrat headland in 1908. The restaurant at Passable Beach serves delicious gourmet cuisine inspired by Italian flavors and the flavors of the south. The beach is open from Easter to late September and offers a range of amenities and activities, including outdoor and indoor showers, changing rooms, bath towels, deck chairs, beach umbrellas, a bar, a restaurant, a shop, massages, water skiing, jet skiing, kayaking, and ski tubing.

Nestled in a lush green paradise, Paloma Beach is a true gem on the French Riviera. Located on the eastern side of the peninsula, this beach offers breathtaking views of the cliffs of Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Eze, and is a popular starting or ending point for the Pointe Saint-Hospice trail. Paloma Beach also has a private section known as Paloma Beach, which was built in 1949 by architect André Deperi and was once frequented by famous figures such as Matisse, Cocteau, Churchill, Roger Moore, Sean Connery, Elton John, and Tom Cruise. The beach’s restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine and is open from Easter to late September. The beach also offers showers, changing rooms, bath towels, deck chairs (booking recommended), beach umbrellas, a bar, and a restaurant, and can be fully privatized for events.

Heritage Estates

This exclusive peninsula is home to a number of high-end properties, including the Villa Les Cèdres, a stunning 18th-century mansion set on a sprawling 35-acre estate. The villa, which was once owned by King Leopold II of Belgium, boasts 14 bedrooms, a grand salon, a formal dining room, and a sumptuous swimming pool.

For those who prefer a more modern aesthetic, the Villa Kérylos is a must-see. Located just outside of town, this stunning villa was designed to mimic the architecture of ancient Greece, with its white marble columns and ornate frescoes. The villa features six bedrooms, a spacious living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a large outdoor terrace with panoramic sea views.
