Milestone

Milestone is a recently expanded oceanfront estate on Grace Bay Beach, the famous stretch of powder-white sand on the north shore of Providenciales. It sits within a private gated community with security patrols, around two miles from town and a short walk from the marina and the golf course.

The house is built around easy, open-plan living. A fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining and family rooms, and high ceilings and ocean views run throughout. Outside, a new heated pool and spa with shallow lounging areas looks out to sea, and outdoor pavilions with a bar, grill and seating set the scene for long evenings, along with a fire pit under the stars.

Eight bedrooms sleep up to 16 guests, seven with their own bathrooms, dressed with Italian linens and Frette towels. Milestone is a natural choice for milestone celebrations and large family gatherings.

There is plenty to do on site, with a floodlit pickleball court, a gym with a Peloton bike and treadmill and a massage room, and bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards and snorkelling gear for exploring the reef-sheltered bay. An office with two Mac desktops makes it easy to stay in touch. Three full-time staff, including a professional on-site chef, look after the house, with daily housekeeping and concierge service.
