Everland

Everland sits on a hilltop just four kilometres from Ibiza Town, facing south over one of the island's most spectacular panoramas. The view sweeps across the sea from Playa d'en Bossa to Salinas and Cap des Falcó, with Formentera floating on the horizon.

The villa stands within 8,000 square metres of grounds, with a 450-square-metre main house and a separate 120-square-metre guesthouse. Outside, a ten-by-ten-metre pool, filled with salt water rather than chlorine, is surrounded by sun terraces with loungers and parasols, and an outdoor dining table for eight sits beside a gas barbecue, perfect for long dinners as the sun sets over the sea.

Inside, the house is finished to a high standard. A generous lounge with a large sofa and entertainment system leads to a dining table for eight and a kitchen fitted with Gaggenau and Liebherr appliances, and there is a private gym for keeping up routines.

Six bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests, split between the main house and the guesthouse. The location is hard to beat: the restaurants and bars of Ibiza Town and Marina Botafoch, the beach clubs of Playa d'en Bossa and the sands of Ses Salines are all a short drive away, and the airport is only about five minutes by car.
