Dimora Biancarancio

Dimora Biancarancio is a contemporary country villa in Montalbano di Fasano, in the heart of Puglia's olive-tree country, between the whitewashed hill town of Ostuni and the Adriatic coast. It is a calm, unhurried base for exploring one of Italy's most beautiful regions.

The house is warm and earthy in style, with soft grey and teal accents, floor-to-ceiling windows and a relaxed open-plan living and dining room arranged around a fireplace and a long rustic table. The country kitchen has its own breakfast table, and a roof terrace is the perfect spot to watch the sun go down over the countryside.

Outside, the swimming pool is the focal point of the landscaped gardens, with sun loungers and a lounge area at its far end. A shaded terrace with an outdoor sitting room, a wooden dining table and a barbecue sets the scene for long lunches, and there is a vegetable garden and a Technogym fitness area.

Six en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests, five in the main villa and one in a separate guesthouse with its own living room. Daily housekeeping, a welcome basket and breakfast supplies are included, and a private chef, boat hire and excursions can be arranged. The beach at Torre Canne and Ostuni are each about ten minutes away, Alberobello's trulli about half an hour, and Brindisi airport around 35 minutes.
