Architecture

Inspired by traditional Ibizan fincas, Atelier Saint-Lazare designed Petunia’s spaces with simplicity and authenticity in mind. Whitewashed walls, raw wood and clean lines create an understated style, rooted in the landscape. The architecture remains faithful to the island’s original spirit, where the horizon is an integral part of the setting.

The 17 rooms and 25 suites, 20 of which are designed to accommodate Petunia’s family and friends, open out onto the landscape, inviting an intimate and silent communion with the elements.

All rooms and suites include a 180 cm double bed or twin beds, a bathroom with shower and/or bath and WC, Grown Alchemist toiletries, a Bang & Olufsen Bluetooth speaker, a telephone, a television, a tablet and air conditioning.

Chef Baltasar Rigo brings his vision to Petunia’s three dining spaces, creating a culinary identity where modernity meets Balearic heritage. La Mesa d’Es Vedrà by Petunia serves elegant cuisine, deeply rooted in the terroir and showcasing local and seasonal produce, often sourced from the hotel’s gardens. Near the pool, the restaurant Los Olivos by Petunia offers fresh and tasty tapas in a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for sharing.In the evening, the La Mirada by Petunia rooftop bar brings together refined cuisine, bespoke cocktails, lounge music and spectacular sunsets.
