ÀNI Shoal Bay

ÀNI Shoal Bay is the newest address in the ÀNI collection: a private Anguillian estate set above the powdery white sands of Shoal Bay, one of the most celebrated beaches in the Caribbean. Opening in January 2027, it is designed to be given over to just one group at a time.

The architecture draws on Brazilian modernism, with soaring ceilings, natural materials and terracotta screens that filter the island light. At its heart, the Main House gathers everyone together around a sunken bar, a generous dining room and an expansive pool deck looking out across the bay. Fifteen ocean-view suites are spread between the Main House, poolside pavilions and beachfront rooms just steps from the sand, and every suite has its own terrace.

The estate has been planned for celebrations and long, unhurried stays. A beach club sits right on the shoreline, a private spa offers treatment rooms, a steam room and a cold plunge, and a dedicated kids' club comes with its own pool and waterslide. Floodlit courts for tennis, pickleball and basketball, a putting green and a fitness centre complete the picture, with kayaks, paddleboards and a Hobie Cat waiting on the beach.

As at every ÀNI resort, dining, spa treatments, activities and babysitting are included.
