Villa Zografia

Villa Zografia sits on a private headland above a calm, sheltered bay at Kassiopi, on the north-east coast of Corfu. Surrounded by ancient olive trees, it looks out over clear water towards the mountains of the mainland, with the village of Kassiopi, its harbour and the ruins of its Byzantine castle just a short walk away.

The house brings contemporary comfort to a classic Corfiot setting. A bright living room opens onto terraces on three sides, so the sea is always part of the picture, and a modern kitchen makes it easy to cook with the island's produce. Five en-suite bedrooms sleep ten guests.

Outdoor living is at the heart of the villa. An infinity pool and sun deck look straight out to sea, and an outdoor kitchen with a wood-fired pizza oven and barbecue sits beside a pergola-covered table for sixteen, perfect for long lunches and celebration dinners.

Best of all, a private jetty below the villa makes it easy to explore the coastline by boat, from hidden coves to the tavernas of neighbouring villages. Daily housekeeping, except on Sundays, and concierge service are included, and a private chef, in-villa dining and boat rental can all be arranged.
