Villa Wake Up

Villa Wake Up stands right on Flamands Beach, the broad, beautiful sweep of sand on the north-west coast of Saint-Barthélemy. A contemporary new build designed by the architecture firm Architectonik, it opens straight onto the beach, with sea views from its terraces and many of its rooms.

The villa is substantial, covering more than 1,500 square metres including generous covered terraces. Interiors are clean-lined and calm, with a family kitchen for relaxed meals and a separate professional kitchen for a private chef, and a lift connecting the levels. A study offers a quiet place to work.

Six en-suite bedroom suites sleep twelve guests, among them an expansive master suite with its own private terrace. Separate staff accommodation with three bedrooms, bathrooms and a living area allows a team to live in without intruding on guests' privacy.

For wellbeing there is a pool and jacuzzi overlooking the bay, a gym, a massage room, a sauna and a steam room, and a home cinema takes care of the evenings. Advanced audio-visual and security systems can be controlled from a tablet, and the villa has backup power and utilities for up to ten days, so nothing interrupts the holiday. Parking is provided for eight cars.
