Villa Vayra

Villa Vayra is a hillside estate on the coast of Corfu, set on some 8,000 square metres of land that falls away towards the Ionian Sea. Reserved in its entirety, it offers complete privacy, with views over olive groves towards Corfu Town and out across the water.

The architecture follows the contours of the land, with a main house and a guest house set into the hillside. In the main house, an open-plan kitchen, living and dining space is warmed by a wood-burning fireplace, with a small office nook and an entertainment level below and a roof terrace above. A lift links the floors.

Five suites sleep up to twelve guests. The master suite looks over the olive groves to Corfu Town, another has a balcony above the pool, and a third has a private terrace with a sunken jacuzzi. The guest house has its own outdoor kitchen and lounge, giving friends or older children a place of their own.

The outdoor facilities are exceptional for a villa of this size. There is a 25-metre infinity pool for lounging and a 15-metre athletic infinity pool for serious swimmers, a padel court, a pétanque pitch and an outdoor gym, as well as a barbecue and pizza oven for long evenings. Airport or ferry transfers, a villa manager and concierge, and daily housekeeping are included.
