Villa Tre Allori
Villa Tre Allori stands on the Pevero headland near Porto Cervo, in a private park of around 4,000 square metres looking out over the Gulf of Cala di Volpe. It is a house with deep roots in the Costa Smeralda story: it was originally designed by Luigi Vietti, the architect who helped shape the look of Porto Cervo itself.
Restored in 2026, the villa has been reimagined as a contemporary Mediterranean residence, with interiors by TT19Studio. Floor-to-ceiling glazing frames the sea, and local Orosei marble and stone run throughout, linking the house to the island's landscape.
Around 845 square metres of living space hold ten suites for twenty guests, seven of them with sea views, many with private terraces and direct access to the garden. A chef-grade kitchen supports indoor and outdoor dining, and there is space for events within the grounds, with two private entrances.
The showpiece is a 200-square-metre infinity pool, clad in the same Orosei marble and fitted with a heated jacuzzi, looking straight across the gulf. The house is also forward-looking, heated and cooled by heat pumps without fossil-fuel gas and controlled by a smart-home system. Housekeeping is included, and a private chef, wait staff, boat charters and airport transfers can be arranged.
