Villa The Rock

Villa The Rock sits on the hillside above Porto Cervo, a short walk from the famous piazzetta and marina of the Costa Smeralda. From its garden, terraces and pool, the view sweeps over the bay of Pevero and its turquoise water.

The house is aptly named. Its two ground-floor wings, joined by a covered pergola and wrapped by a terrace, sit above a lower level carved into the rock itself, which opens out onto the pools and garden. Around 1,350 square metres of living space sit on a plot of some 3,000 square metres.

Six guest bedrooms sleep twelve, including a master suite with a hydro-massage tub and walk-in wardrobe, and a separate staff wing has its own bedrooms and professional kitchen, so service can run discreetly in the background.

Down in the rock, a cinema room, wine cellar and bar make for memorable evenings, and a wellness area holds a gym and two massage rooms. Outside, a large heated pool with waterfalls and natural rock features is the centrepiece, alongside an outdoor jacuzzi, a sea-facing covered terrace, a rooftop terrace and a solarium. A butler and concierge, two housekeepers daily and pool and garden care are included, with a gourmet chef available on request.
