Villa Sea Princess Nika

Villa Sea Princess Nika stands among the pine forests above Čikat Bay on the island of Lošinj, in Croatia's Kvarner Gulf. Opened in 2024 as part of the Lošinj Hotels & Villas collection, it pays homage to the aristocratic past of the bay, where Austro-Hungarian families once built their summer villas.

Its classical style is unapologetically grand, with a stately arched façade and interiors of marble and wood. The French-inspired kitchen is finished in white and chocolate-toned marble, the living areas are warmed by fireplaces, and a marble-tiled lift links the three floors of this 730-square-metre house.

Seven suites sleep fourteen guests, each with its own bathroom in onyx or marble, and two are master suites with walk-in wardrobes. Downstairs, a wine cellar tavern seats fourteen and doubles as a meeting room, and a private spa brings together a sauna, steam room, gym and home cinema.

Outside, terraces, a pergola and a gazebo look out over the cove, with a 12-metre pool and jacuzzi terrace for warm afternoons and an outdoor kitchen where the private chef prepares meals in the open air. Stays include a certified butler, full board with Croatian wines, daily housekeeping, laundry and transfers from Lošinj Airport, with a bed-and-breakfast option also available.
