Villa Salinedda Six

Villa Salinedda Six sits within a private estate at Capo Coda Cavallo, around twenty kilometres south of Olbia on Sardinia's north-east coast. The sandy beach of Salinedda is around three hundred metres away, a gentle three-minute walk, with clear water looking out towards the island of Tavolara.

Newly built, the villa covers around 240 square metres in a garden of some 5,000 square metres. Inside, a living and TV room and a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen are bright and relaxed, and four en-suite double bedrooms sleep up to eleven guests, three of them generous rooms with a bath and separate shower and sofa beds for children.

Most of the living happens outdoors. Two large covered terraces, around 250 square metres in total, provide shaded seating and dining with views over the garden, and a heated pool of around sixteen metres invites swims from spring to autumn. Down at the beach, a furnished area with eight sun loungers is reserved for guests.

Service is generous for a villa of this size. A cook prepares three meals a day, a butler is on hand for eight hours and the house is cleaned daily, six days a week, leaving guests free to explore the coves, boat out to Tavolara or simply enjoy the sea. Boat rental, excursions and transfers can be arranged.
