Villa Sainte Anne
Villa Sainte-Anne stands at the tip of the Cap d'Antibes, a few steps from the legendary Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, of whose collection of private villas it is part. Opened in 2021, it offers the privacy of a home with the full service and facilities of one of the Riviera's most celebrated hotels.
Architect Luc Svetchine led the renovation and landscape design, while interior designer Bergit Gräfin Douglas of MM Design created calm, elegant rooms. Set over four floors in a private garden of around 2,100 square metres, the villa looks out over the Mediterranean and the bay of Juan-les-Pins.
Five en-suite bedrooms, each with its own outlook, sleep up to twelve guests, with a separate two-bedroom annex for staff or security. Three Italian-style garden terraces step down to the pool terrace and solarium, and a barbecue terrace is made for dinners at sunset. Indoors there is a private spa with sauna and hammam and a fully equipped gym.
Life here is shared with the hotel. Guests have a dedicated cabana at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, access to its famous saltwater pool, tennis courts and spa, and an electric golf cart for the short journey. A butler, concierge, daily breakfast, two spa treatments per week, a chauffeur-driven car for four hours a day and airport transfers from Nice or Cannes are all included.
