Villa Roca

Villa Roca sits on a pine-covered hillside around six kilometres from Ibiza Town, reached by a long, gated private drive. It promises the service of a fine hotel with the exclusivity of a private villa, and the island's best beaches, restaurants and clubs are all around ten minutes away.

Eight double suites, each with its own bathroom and views, sleep sixteen guests. The house is made for both sides of Ibiza. On quiet evenings there are three fireplaces and two barbecues; for big nights there is a dance floor, a pool bar and a large outdoor cinema screen.

The water features are spectacular. A 32-metre pool is joined by a plunge pool, two waterfalls, a twelve-person hot tub and even a cave. A detox sauna and gym provide balance, and on the roof a kitchen, dining area and sky-lounge look out over the trees, with a service lift linking the chef's kitchen, wine cellar and roof.

What truly sets Villa Roca apart is its service. A head butler is on hand from the moment of booking, arranging pre-stocking, transfers and VIP reservations at clubs, restaurants and yachts, and round-the-clock butlers, a night butler, housekeeping, a pool bartender and security look after everything during the stay.
