Villa O

Villa O sits on the hillside of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, overlooking the Mediterranean and the little harbour below. It is a contemporary villa where the village, its port and its waterfront restaurants are all just a short walk away.

The rooms are generous, with high ceilings, sea views and refined, luxurious décor, and a glass lift links every floor. Five bedrooms sleep ten guests, and the house works as well for a family holiday as for a celebration with friends. Indoors, a home cinema and a library offer quieter moments, and a gym keeps routines on track.

Outside, the grounds are laid out for life in the sun, with pagodas, terraces and manicured lawns all looking out to sea. There is a heated swimming pool and hot tub in the gardens and, on the roof, an infinity pool that seems to float above the bay.

The villa feels secluded, yet the whole Riviera is within easy reach: Monaco is around fifteen minutes by car and Nice airport about thirty, and guests can sail from the harbour or arrive by helicopter. A villa manager, chef, waiting staff, daily housekeeping, night security and a maintenance team look after every detail, with flowers waiting on arrival.
