Villa Neo

Villa Neo sits in the hills above St Jean Beach on Saint-Barthélemy, with panoramic views over the bay and out across the Caribbean. The boutiques, restaurants and beach of St Jean are only a short walk away, the airport is about five minutes by car and Gustavia around ten.

Completed in 2018 and designed by architect Patrick Raffeneau, the villa is resolutely contemporary, with expansive entertaining spaces that open to the views. Landmark metallic palm sculptures stand in the grounds, and electric gates and secluded terraces ensure complete privacy.

Six suites sleep up to twelve guests, each with its own bathroom and access to the views. Indoors, a soundproofed entertainment room with surround sound doubles as a cinema, and there is a well-equipped gym and a steam room.

Outside, the centrepiece is a heated 32-metre infinity pool running along the main deck, with the bay of St Jean spread out below. Every stay begins with a meet and greet, airport or dock transfers and welcome drinks, and continental breakfast, daily housekeeping with turndown and onsite laundry are included. A private butler and chef, babysitting, car rental, pre-stocked groceries and spa therapists can be arranged on request.
