Villa Moon

Villa Moon sits on Ibiza's south coast at Es Cubells, within the 24-hour guarded estate of Vista Alegre. Facing south, it looks out over the Mediterranean to the island of Formentera, with sunlight on the terraces from morning until evening.

The village of Es Cubells, with its little church perched above the sea, is close by, and Ibiza Town is around twenty minutes away, with the airport about fifteen minutes. Yet the setting feels calm and private, a world away from the island's busier corners.

The house is modern and generous, with around 630 square metres built on a plot of some 1,700 square metres. Spacious living and dining areas are furnished with pieces from leading Italian and Spanish design houses, with Sonos sound and underfloor heating throughout, and a separate office for anyone who needs to work. Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and sea views, sleep eight guests.

Outside, the infinity pool seems to merge with the sea beyond, framed by large terraces, several chill-out areas and landscaped gardens with a water feature. An outdoor kitchen and dining area makes long lunches and sunset dinners easy, and a chef, household staff, yacht charters and airport transfers can all be arranged.
