Villa Mimosa

Villa Mimosa sits on the hillside above Port d'Andratx, on Mallorca's south-west coast, set in a well-tended Mediterranean garden. Its architect designed it so that the views can be enjoyed from almost every room: the harbour below, the open sea, the island of Dragonera and the peaks of the Tramuntana mountains.

The harbour promenade, with its restaurants and boutiques, is a short walk away, and the cove of Cala Marmacen is around ten minutes on foot. Palma is around twenty-five minutes by car.

The villa covers around 580 square metres on two levels. An open-plan lounge with a fireplace opens onto a large terrace, and the designer kitchen leads to a dining area with sea views. Six en-suite bedrooms sleep twelve: two master suites with king beds and private terraces, two further bedrooms with queen beds, and two guest apartments with their own entrances, perfect for grandparents or older children.

Outside, several partly shaded terraces step down towards a heated, sea-facing infinity pool, kept at 28°C through the season, with a sauna and jacuzzi for relaxing as the sun goes down. Marble floors, air conditioning and a double garage complete the house, and cleaning, pool and garden maintenance are included, with a private chef available on request.
