Villa Meltem

Villa Meltem sits within Les Parcs de Saint-Tropez, the secure, gated estate on the edge of the town overlooking the Baie des Canoubiers. Its contemporary architecture is designed around panoramic views across the Mediterranean, and the old port and Place des Lices are only a few minutes away.

The main house holds four en-suite bedrooms, and a separate guesthouse adds two more, giving families and friends both togetherness and privacy for up to ten guests. Living spaces are generous, with a large double lounge, a formal dining room and two fully equipped kitchens, one of them professional, so a private chef can work easily behind the scenes.

The villa's leisure facilities are unusually complete. There is a private cinema, a games room with pool table, a fitness area, a massage room, a hair salon and a wine cellar, so evenings in feel every bit as special as nights out in town.

Outside, a heated pool with sea views sits beside the pool house, with a barbecue and a pétanque court for long, lazy afternoons. Cleaning is included twice a week, and additional housekeeping, a chef and waiters, a driver, airport transfers and boat rental can all be arranged.
