Villa Marzia
Villa Marzia sits within a private estate at Capo Coda Cavallo, on Sardinia's north-eastern coast, around fifty metres from a sandy beach of its own. Few other buildings can be seen from the house, and the sheltered bay in front is deep enough to welcome large yachts, with wide views along the coast.
The villa was designed in 1976 by the renowned Milanese architect Luigi Caccia Dominioni and has been renovated several times since, most recently in 2026. Around 600 square metres of living space hold a dining room, living room and study, and nine bedrooms sleep up to seventeen guests.
Life here revolves around the sea. A covered beachfront terrace looks straight over the sand, canoes and paddleboards are ready for the calm water, and a second beach, known for its clear water, is a ten-minute walk away. The protected marine area around Tavolara and the coves of Porto Coda Cavallo lie close by.
Back at the house, a 16 by 6-metre heated pool with an integrated jacuzzi sits among the terraces, with a sauna, Turkish bath and a gym patio for wellbeing. A staff of four, including a cook who prepares three meals a day, a butler and two maids, works six days a week, and massages, yoga, a motorboat, tennis and golf can be arranged nearby.
