Villa Mala stands on the cliffs of Cap d'Ail, just along the coast from Monaco, looking out across the Mediterranean to Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. It is around eight minutes by car to the Principality, yet the villa feels entirely removed, with the sea filling the view from almost every room.
The contemporary estate covers around 600 square metres over five floors, linked by a lift, on a plot of some 4,600 square metres. Floor-to-ceiling glass in the living room and the upper-floor master suites frames the sweep of the coast, while designer furnishings and modern facilities bring polish to every space.
Seven bedrooms sleep up to fourteen guests. Three master suites each have a walk-in closet, a marble bathroom and a private terrace, ideal for families or several couples travelling together.
Outside, a sea-view pool and a party terrace set the scene for long Riviera evenings, and a professional kitchen opens onto a terrace with outdoor dining and a grill. A spa with jacuzzi, hammam and sauna offers a quieter retreat. Below the villa, there is access to the beach and a boat pier just steps away, making it easy to arrive by yacht. A villa manager, chef, waiter, driver with car and housekeeping are all part of the stay.
