Villa IV-V
Villa IV-V sits above the small fishing village of Ampelas on the north-east coast of Paros, looking out across the Aegean to the neighbouring island of Naxos. The lively harbour town of Naoussa, with its tavernas, bars and boutiques, is only a six-minute drive away.
Completed in 2021, the estate is made up of two villas that share a large outdoor area and are always booked together, making it ideal for large families, reunions or groups of friends. Together they offer thirteen bedrooms for up to twenty-six guests. One villa has six bedrooms plus a separate suite with its own kitchen and private entrance, while the other has six bedrooms of its own.
The architecture blends traditional Cycladic forms with modern luxury. Inside, the rooms are bright and airy, finished in a palette of white and turquoise that reflects the sea and sky.
Outside, a sea-view terrace surrounds an infinity pool, with several seating areas, an outdoor dining space and a Mediterranean garden. Guests also have shared access to a tennis court, a basketball court and an outdoor gym. A chef and sous chef, two butlers, two housekeepers and maintenance staff look after the estate, so the group can simply enjoy the island.
