Villa Cape Cod

Villa Cape Cod is one of those rare Riviera properties that runs all the way to the water. In La Croix-Valmer, a short drive from Saint-Tropez, it brings together a main residence set in Mediterranean greenery and a private beach house that opens directly onto the sand.

The main villa covers around 450 square metres on a plot of 3,600 square metres, with sea views across the gardens. A heated 12-metre infinity pool sits beside a broad timber terrace, with sunbeds, a summer lounge and space to dine outdoors. Inside there are two equipped kitchens, a wine cellar, a gym and a Sonos sound system that runs inside and out.

Seven en-suite bedrooms sleep fourteen guests. Six are in the main villa, including a children's room with bunk beds, while the seventh is in the beach house, which has its own full kitchen, dining area and shaded terrace. It makes the perfect spot for a long lunch, a sunset aperitif or simply a morning swim straight from the door.

Down by the beach, there is a pétanque court, stand-up paddleboards and a private mooring buoy for anyone arriving by boat or heading out to explore the coves towards Cap Lardier and the islands. Daily cleaning is included, and a dedicated local team helps plan logistics and experiences throughout the stay.
