Villa C View

Villa C View looks out over Cap Ferrat from one of the most exclusive corners of the French Riviera, between Nice and Monaco. Its modernist architecture is designed around the view, which unfolds differently from every room and terrace as you move through the house.

The villa covers around 700 square metres on a property of some 4,800 square metres, linked from top to bottom by a funicular and lift. Seven individually designed bedrooms each have their own bathroom, dressing area and private sea-view terrace. The master suite has two dressing rooms, two bathrooms and a panoramic terrace, and a VIP suite, four doubles and a twin complete the picture for fourteen guests.

Living spaces are made for entertaining. A dining room seats eighteen with uninterrupted sea views, the living room looks straight out over the Mediterranean, and a Boffi guest kitchen is linked by a service lift to a separate professional kitchen. A private study has its own terrace.

Wellness is a highlight, with a heated outdoor pool fitted with hydrotherapy jets, an indoor exercise pool, a gym, hammam, sauna and massage room. Service is complimentary: a villa manager, chef, butler, three housekeepers, a gardener and a live-in caretaker, who can also plan days out to Monaco, Cannes or Saint-Tropez.
