Villa Blue Sky sits on top of an 80-metre cliff at La Mola, the headland that guards the entrance to Port d'Andratx on Mallorca's south-west coast. Below lies the open Mediterranean, and around the corner the marina, restaurants and shops of the port are just a short drive away.
Renovated in 2023, the villa is modern and calm, with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the sea from every room. The open living area has a fireplace and smart TV, the kitchen is fitted with Miele appliances, and a home office with Starlink internet makes it easy to stay connected when needed.
The house sleeps up to ten guests, with bedrooms that share in the views and plenty of space for families to spread out. Technology is woven throughout, from 14 independent sound zones by Bowers & Wilkins, Bang & Olufsen and Bose to smart-home controls and a games room with a 75-inch screen and PlayStation 5.
Outside, terraces step down the cliff to a heated infinity pool and two shaded lounges, with a professional barbecue and outdoor kitchen for long dinners. There is an indoor cinema for evenings in and an outdoor one for warm nights, and a terrace made for stargazing. A private chef, cleaning, VIP transfers and yacht or jet charter can all be arranged.
