Villa Anthon

Villa Anthon sits in Les Marres, a green and peaceful quarter just inland from Saint-Tropez, where pine and oak woods give way to vineyards and the sea glints in the distance. The beaches of Pampelonne along the Route des Plages and the old port of Saint-Tropez are both only a few minutes away, but here the setting is quiet and natural.

The villa covers around 450 square metres in nearly a hectare of grounds. Its contemporary design is bright and open, with living spaces that flow directly onto the terraces so that the garden becomes part of the house. The terraced Mediterranean garden is planted for colour and shade, with several places to relax, a pétanque court and a heated 13-metre pool with its own pool house and bar.

There are six en-suite bedrooms for twelve guests. The principal suite occupies the upper floor, with a dressing room, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a private terrace looking out to sea. A separate staff bedroom and laundry make it easy to bring in a chef or nanny.

Practicalities are well covered, with reversible air conditioning, fibre internet, an alarm system and parking for four cars with an electric charging point. Housekeeping is included, and a chef, waiters, a private driver and airport transfers can be arranged for the stay.
