Vestige Santa Ana

Santa Ana stands in the sunlit south-west of Menorca, at the heart of a 210-hectare estate of farmland, pine woods and ravines that run down to the sea. Its 18th-century farmhouse and outbuildings were once a working farm, complete with a flour mill and livestock, and the estate's sheer size means the only neighbours are the fields and the trees.

Restored by Vestige Collection, the house has been rebuilt on its original footprint with local stonemasons. Antique beams and columns salvaged from old Spanish palaces sit alongside linen, jute and polished floors, and bespoke furniture mixes with antiques to create interiors that feel calm, natural and quietly considered.

Six en-suite bedrooms sleep twelve, spread between the farmhouse and its restored outbuildings, each with its own sense of privacy. The main house is the communal heart, with a well-equipped kitchen, lounge, library, dining room, TV room and gym.

Outside, the pool sits among gardens and an orchard, with shaded corners under the pines, a fire pit, a chill-out area and an outdoor kitchen for long summer evenings. Best of all, a path through the pine woods leads to Cala Macarella and Cala Macarelleta, two of the island's most beautiful coves, around fifteen minutes away on foot. A concierge can arrange boat trips, restaurant bookings and private dining.
