Shaded by an antique tile roof and a thick knit of fragrant, floral climbers, and equipped with a series of well-furnished sitting and dining areas, the colonnade morphs into a more open terrace, which is accessed from the dining room and the ground floor bedroom. Needless to say, there are stunning sea, coastal and sunset views from here too.

Where these terraces end, the superbly designed gardens begin. To one side of the property is an extensive, split-level area of manicured lawn. Its curvaceous borders host a wide variety of Mediterranean flowers and shrubs, some laid out in a semi-formal fashion, others left knowingly au naturel. Perfect stone walls delimit the various sections of the gardens, while a weave of cobbled and gravel paths transport guests between pine tree-shaded terraces and magnificent viewing points above the sea.
