Ultima Grand Villa Geneva sits in Mies, on the Vaud shore of Lake Geneva, about twenty minutes from the city centre and the airport. Hidden in a wooded setting, it was conceived for complete seclusion, a private world for families and groups who value discretion as much as comfort.

The villa is vast. Around 2,000 square metres unfold over three floors, finished in fine materials from Italy and Brazil and hung with contemporary art. Eight bedrooms in the main house and a one-bedroom guest villa sleep 18 in all, with a master suite that opens onto its own terrace.

The leisure spaces are as generous as the bedrooms. A wellness area of around 200 square metres brings together a large heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, gym, fitness studio and a private treatment room. Below ground, a lounge with a high-end sound system sits alongside a private cinema, wine cellar and a garage for up to ten cars, with a glass room for showing off a collection.

Three private terraces and a rooftop lounge make the most of the gardens and the lake air, and a private dining room seats twelve. The villa can be taken with or without staff; a concierge, housekeeping and airport transfers are part of the service, while a private chef, wellness specialists, yoga teachers and therapists can be brought in to shape a stay around rest, fitness or celebration.
