Triton
Triton spreads across more than seven acres behind the dunes of Long Bay Beach, on the south-east shore of Providenciales. This side of the island is famed for its steady trade winds and shallow, sandy water, and the kiteboarders who gather about a mile down the beach have made it one of the Caribbean's favourite places to learn.
The estate was built in 2017 and refreshed in 2021 by Togu Design of Miami, and its style is contemporary and coastal: high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, white walls, natural wood and soft neutrals. Around 18,000 square feet of living space are shared between an eight-bedroom main house and four private garden bungalows, together sleeping 24, with separate quarters for staff.
Sport is a real strength. The private sports centre has a red-clay tennis court, a hard court, two padel courts and a pickleball court, with a covered lounge alongside. There is also a large gym, a yoga and meditation area, a bocce court and a cold plunge for recovery.
For slower days, two heated pools, a hot tub, cabanas and two beachfront sun decks lead onto 150 feet of sand, and an outdoor cinema and fire pit lounge take over after dark. A butler, chef and daily housekeeping team look after the household, with luxury airport transfers and concierge planning included.
