The Point

The Point is a newly built villa on the white sand of Grace Bay, the long, reef-sheltered beach on the north shore of Providenciales. Its contemporary architecture is designed to sit quietly in its surroundings, giving it a rare degree of privacy on such a celebrated stretch of coast.

The interiors are open-plan, with the ocean visible from almost every direction. The palette is soft and neutral, layered with wood, marble, glass and leather, and the rooms flow easily between indoor and covered outdoor living and dining spaces.

There are eight bedrooms for 16 guests, each with its own en-suite bathroom and an ocean view. Most have king beds, while one is set up with a queen and five twins and another with bunk beds, which makes The Point an easy choice for families travelling with children and teenagers.

Outside, a large heated infinity pool and hot tub look straight out over the bay, with a barbecue and outdoor dining nearby and steps down to the beach. Guests have private access to tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, and non-motorised watersports equipment is included. Indoors there is a media room and a gym, and a butler, chef and housekeeping team take care of the household, with VIP airport transfers on arrival and departure.
