The Beach House

The Beach House sits directly on Meads Bay, the long crescent of soft white sand on Anguilla's west end, with its beach bars, restaurants and resorts a stroll along the shore. Architect-designed and resolutely contemporary, it is built to make the most of the water in front of it.

The house unfolds across multi-level terraces that step down towards the beach. At their heart is an infinity-edge pool set on a white marble terrace, with an outdoor living room and dining areas alongside and a jacuzzi for evenings. Beyond the lawn, beachfront seating looks straight out to sea, and kayaks, paddleboards and snorkelling gear are ready for the calm, clear bay.

Inside, around 10,000 square feet hold eight king suites for 16 guests, ocean-view living spaces, formal and informal dining and a well-equipped kitchen. A games floor with a 16-seat cinema, a fitness suite and a games room keep everyone entertained, while a floodlit tennis court, pickleball court and beach volleyball cover the more energetic hours.

The grounds include around an acre of landscaped beachfront that lends itself to weddings and celebrations, supported by a commercial kitchen. A general manager, guest experience manager, executive chef and full kitchen, service and housekeeping teams look after every detail.
