Sylvabelle
Sylvabelle takes its name from a green, hillside corner of La Croix-Valmer, where wooded slopes run down to a secluded cove of the same name. Just across the peninsula from Saint-Tropez, it is a stretch of coast that has kept its natural character, with the wild headland of Cap Lardier and the beach at Gigaro close by.
The estate is made up of two linked villas set on more than 6,000 square metres of land. Each has its own entrance, and an internal staircase joins them, so a family or two groups of friends can choose between privacy and togetherness. The main villa is all on one level, with a sea-view principal suite, two further en-suite bedrooms and a large kitchen for those who love to cook.
The second villa spreads over two levels, with sea-view bedrooms upstairs, a garden-level suite, a family room with a lounge that doubles as a playroom, and a separate-entrance suite ideal for a nanny or extra guests. In all, eight bedrooms sleep up to 17.
Beneath the houses lies a lower level given over to leisure: a home cinema with billiards and a bar, and a private spa with steam room and massage room. Outside, broad terraces, the pool, a padel court and a sea-facing patio make long Provençal days very easy to fill.
