Superyacht Charter in Ibiza & Formentera

Ibiza combines an exceptional social scene with a coastline of quiet coves, clear water and secluded anchorages. Add Formentera's white-sand beaches and shallow turquoise bays, and the islands offer an unusually varied charter within a compact cruising area.

Spend the afternoon swimming from the yacht, come ashore for lunch at one of Ibiza's celebrated restaurants, then watch the sunset from an anchorage or head into Dalt Vila for the evening. For a quieter experience, turn north towards Ibiza's more secluded coastline or spend several days exploring Formentera.

For longer charters, the Balearic Islands also make it possible to continue towards Mallorca or Menorca.

Where to cruise

Ibiza Town & the south
Dalt Vila, the historic old town, sits above the harbour and provides one of the island's most distinctive settings for an evening ashore. The south coast combines beaches, restaurants and beach clubs with a number of attractive anchorages.

West Ibiza
The western coast is known for its sunsets, clear water and sheltered bays. Cala d'Hort, Cala Comte and surrounding anchorages can be incorporated into a route depending on conditions and local restrictions.

North Ibiza
The north offers a quieter side of the island, with pine-covered hills, smaller coves and a more relaxed pace. It is particularly well suited to clients who want to experience Ibiza without spending every evening in the centre of the action.

Formentera
A short crossing from Ibiza, Formentera is defined by white sand, clear turquoise water and shallow bays. Ses Illetes is one of its best-known beaches, while the island's coastline is best experienced from the yacht. Mooring and anchoring are regulated to protect the Posidonia meadows, so the captain will use authorised moorings or permitted sandy areas.

Menorca
For a longer Balearic charter, Menorca offers a marked change of pace. Its quieter coves, historic harbours and less developed coastline provide a natural contrast to Ibiza, particularly for clients looking to extend their time in the islands.

A suggested week: Ibiza & Formentera

Day 1 — Ibiza Town
Board in Ibiza and settle into the yacht before an evening around Dalt Vila or dinner overlooking the harbour.

Day 2 — West Ibiza
Cruise along the western coast, with time for swimming and water sports before watching the sunset from the yacht.

Day 3 — Formentera
Cross to Formentera for a full day on the water around Ses Illetes and the island's northern coastline.

Day 4 — Formentera
Take a slower day exploring the island's southern or eastern coastline, with lunch ashore or at anchor.

Day 5 — South Ibiza
Return to Ibiza and spend the day between secluded bays and the island's celebrated restaurants or beach clubs.

Day 6 — North Ibiza
Head north towards the quieter coves, spending the afternoon swimming and enjoying the yacht away from the busier parts of the island.

Day 7 — Ibiza
Return towards Ibiza Town for a final morning on the water before disembarkation.

For a longer charter, the route can be extended towards Mallorca or Menorca, allowing more time to explore the Balearics without trying to cover too much in a single week.

When to go

The main Ibiza charter season runs from late spring through early autumn. July and August are the height of the summer season, when the island's restaurants, beach clubs and nightlife are at their liveliest.

June and September offer a more relaxed atmosphere while retaining the warmth and energy that make the islands attractive for charter. The northern coast of Ibiza and Formentera can also provide quieter alternatives during the busiest periods.

Weather and sea conditions vary, and the captain will adapt the itinerary accordingly.

Stay ashore

Ibiza works particularly well when combined with a private villa in the countryside or around the island's quieter western and northern areas. Spend several days ashore before boarding, or return to a villa after time at sea.

For those wanting a broader Balearic journey, combine Ibiza and Formentera with Mallorca, or continue further towards Menorca for a change of pace.

We arrange the yacht, villa, transfers and itinerary together, creating one seamless summer between land and sea.
